I’m Noreen — a design-led property developer and founder of Alma Road. I’m also a mum of four boys, navigating the daily chaos of family life while building a business rooted in creativity, precision, and bold ambition.

Alma Road was born from a deep love of beautiful spaces and a belief that property development can be both financially smart and aesthetically powerful. I focus on high-quality transformations — taking unloved homes and reimagining them with calm, elegant design, always with a sharp eye on value uplift and long-term growth.

This journey hasn’t been easy. I’m self-taught, self-driven, and juggling school runs with site meetings. But I believe in showing up, building slow and strong, and proving that you can raise a family and raise capital.
