From Unloved to Unmatched: A Complete High-End 2-Bed Conversion
We transformed this once-outdated Victorian ground floor 1-bedroom flat into a luxurious 2-bedroom residence that now showcases architectural elegance and intentional design at every turn.

Space Reimagined
Originally a one-bedroom property with poor flow and limited light, we began by fully reconfiguring the layout to create two functional double bedrooms without compromising the open-plan living space. Through meticulous planning, we optimized every inch — creating defined zones for cooking, relaxing, and sleeping while maintaining a seamless, airy atmosphere. -
The Kitchen as a Statement
We designed a sleek, linear kitchen featuring bespoke dark oak cabinetry paired with quartz worktops and a breakfast bar. Matte black fittings, concealed lighting, and integrated appliances gave it a sophisticated, modern edge. Storage was maximized with full-height cabinetry, creating a kitchen that balances form with functionality. -
The Glass Box Extension
To flood the space with natural light, we added a dramatic full-height structural glass extension. This not only increased the footprint of the flat but brought the outdoors in — turning the living area into a sanctuary. The clean white walls and chevron oak flooring reflect sunlight beautifully, while sliding doors open onto a private patio. -
The Bathroom: Boutique Hotel Feel
Our bathroom redesign introduced a spa-like feel with oversized marble-like tiles, fluted wood vanity, and a sculptural countertop basin. Antique brass fittings, curved-edge mirrors, and inset shelving brought elegance and practicality. Every detail was carefully chosen to feel both contemporary and timeless. -
Light, Texture & Detail
We embraced a Japandi-inspired palette — layering light oak parquet flooring with soft textures, boucle accents, and tailored lighting. From matte black sockets to hidden LED uplights and custom joinery throughout, we ensured the finish felt elevated without being over-designed.
